You will perform detailed finance work, transactions and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. You will collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor reconciliations and conduct basic checks and controls.

Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process and related financial decisions potentially including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Business Services or Corporate Finance team. CPA Designation Preferred.
Minimum 3-4 Years of Experience in Finance and Manufacturing.
SAP Experience preferred

Job specific requirements:
Project Costing:
Performing costing for new initiatives at a bakery involves evaluating the expenses related to launching new products, processes, or equipment and identifying opportunities to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
Partnering with plant operations team to ensure all assumptions for the costing are accurate and challenging the status quo.
Reviewing the costing initiatives with Plant Controller and be able to articulate results.
Business Partnering:
Role involves providing strategic advice and working together with the plant leadership to ensure that business and financial targets—such as productivity and capital spending—are met. The objective is to ensure that actions taken in plant operations align with the company’s broader goals and financial health.
Focus on managing the plant’s productivity improvement pipeline by planning and prioritizing initiatives. It ensures that capital investments are aligned with productivity goals and assists business development teams in evaluating key business metrics (cost, capacity, profit growth, etc.) to ensure alignment across different projects. The goal is to drive growth while maintaining efficiency, profitability, and compliance.
Oversight of the Section Controller’s specific duties and the management of the broader day-to-day financial activities at the plant.
Ensure there are robust internal controls in place to protect fixed assets (e.g., machinery, buildings, equipment) and inventory (e.g., raw materials, finished goods)
Loss Analysis & Elimination:
Leading the loss elimination program involves a strategic approach to identifying and reducing inefficiencies and losses in plant operations.
This role involves assisting in the development of tools and resources that enable key teams (production, business development, and process engineering) to identify, quantify, prioritize, and continuously monitor operational losses.
This role involves partnering with process owners to evaluate the financial performance of loss elimination plans, ensuring that they are delivering the expected financial benefits. It includes assessing both the financial risks and opportunities of these plans and communicating these findings regularly to relevant stakeholders. The goal is to ensure that loss elimination efforts are not only operationally effective but also financially viable, and that any risks or opportunities are identified and managed in a timely manner.
This role involves tracking and comparing actual performance in terms of KPIs, production standards, and direct fixed costs
In this role, you are responsible for leading or co-leading the FI Pillar to drive financial and operational improvements across the organization
Budgeting & Planning
This role involves leading and driving the entire budgeting and forecasting process.
This role involves ensuring that all key documents—such as the operating BOM, waste management plans, master recipe, and BOL—are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the daily operations of the manufacturing plant.
In addition, provide support to the Capex Finance team in gathering/building information required to prepare ARs and post-evaluations
