Job Title: Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial data on sales, margins, inventory, and expenses.Develop and maintain forecasts, budgets, and financial models.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with merchandising, operations, and marketing teams.Support decision-making through cost-benefit analyses and ad hoc reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA is a plus.3+ years of financial analysis experience, ideally in retail.Proficient in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and ERP systems.Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
