Financial Analyst
1-2 days onsite in Cambridge

Overview:
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support a fast-paced team. This is a temporary role with the potential to transition to a permanent position. The position requires a candidate with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with reconciliations and financial processes. While experience with incentive compensation plans (ICP) is preferred, it's not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with commission calculations for upcoming ICP setups.Support data collection and testing for compliance.Track and update compensation processes.Manage buy/sell and churn correction processes.Collaborate with the sales compensation team to streamline operations.

Qualifications:
