This position is based out of our Burlington, MA headquarters location, where we work a required hybrid schedule of in-office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and remote on Wednesdays and Fridays and working hours are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST. Our Financial Analyst will be responsible for the development of accurate profit forecasting models, analyzing financial performance, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. This individual will also support the annual budgeting process and our forecasting activities. This position reports to the Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and is an individual contributor position. What You-ll Accomplish + Participate in the development and maintenance of comprehensive profit forecasting models, incorporating revenue, cost, and margin variables + Prepare periodic profit forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annual) and assess variances against actual results + Identify risks and opportunities in profit projections and recommend actionable strategies + Contribute to the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes + Provide scenario analysis to evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions + Analyze key financial metrics and trends to inform forecasting assumptions + Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholder presentation, highlighting insights and recommendations + Become a subject matter expert and administrator for our forecasting and budgeting tools Who We-re Looking For Team Wellie is a group of people who are truly obsessed in all the best ways about winning for the consumer and the pets they love.
