We are growing our Finance team at the Greensboro, NC Plant and will be actively involved in supporting management with analysis, trends and strategic initiatives. You will lead key projects and help analyze complex business situations to help drive growth and performance. This is an exciting financial role that will contribute to the financial analysis, month-end reporting, budgeting, metrics development, and overall reporting needs of the Greensboro Plant, and is a Hybrid role that will require some days onsite.

In this role:

\n\nSupport all aspects of financial reporting, including accuracy and efficiency of closing, forecasting, strategic and budget cycles.\nSupport finance teams with analytics: rebates, profitability and segment profiles\nAnalyze financial data, summarize, and can provide a concise and meaningful narrative of any discrepancies\nHelp drive revenue analysis and reporting of operating spend and efficiencies\nTrusted business partner to gain detailed knowledge of the business, ability to translate key data.\nSupport the quarterly forecasting and annual budget process driving continuous improvement to advance forecast accuracy and overall business margins.\nUpdate financial daily and weekly reports, complete special projects, and analysis as requested.\nSupport month end reporting process\nCompleting Ad Hoc requests.\n\n

Background and Skill

\n\nPowerBI (intermediate level)\nFinancial ERP -Microsoft AX Preferred (intermediate level)\nWord, Excel, Power-point proficiency\nBachelor’s degree (Finance or Accounting preferred)\nBasic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)\n2+ years of experience in financial analysis; background in Accounting and/or Finance\nFinancial analysis experience in a manufacturing/auditing environment is preferred but not required\nAdvanced skills in Excel, Strong MS Office skills including Word and PowerPoint – SQL or Power BI experience a plus\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX, general ERP, Salesforce, and/or Hyperion a plus\nFlexibility and adaptability with a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.\n
