Our client in the Kent, WA area is looking to hire a Financial Analyst for their location. The ideal candidate will need at least 1-3 years’ experience receiving; ordering; invoicing Purchase orders. The Finance Associate is responsible for general duties in support of the OpCo (operating company) Fleet operations; works directly with the Coordinator to assist in resolving exceptions and issues.

The Day-to-Day:

General duties in support of the OpCo (operating company) Fleet operationsWorks directly with the Coordinator to assist in resolving exceptions and issuesHandling of local payments, scanning of supporting documentation, and local regulatory compliance.Performing selected Finance and accounting duties that are transactional or administrative

Qualifications:

High School Diploma1-3 years’ experience receiving; ordering; invoicing Purchase orders; vehicle data entryWilling to work in the office 5 days a weekSkills in Invoice Reconciliation and Communication

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$21.00 to $24.00 /hrMonday to Friday8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
