One of our automotive clients is looking for a Financial Analyst to join their team in Dearborn, MI. The Financial Analyst in this position will be responsible for managing and issuing yearly POs across the business unit.
Additional responsibilities in this role include:
- Working closely with buyer to ensure blankets are up to date
- Issue MP&L and P.E yearly purchase orders
- Capture all paid invoices in Microsoft Excel
- Close out POs
- Help suppliers resolve any PO/invoicing issues
- Yearly ISO audit
o Schedule internal audit meetings
o Follow up on issues found during the audit
- Management of VIS card orders
- Create SPLs for any additional job tasks
