As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in organizing and conducting finance activities across multiple projects. In this highly collaborative role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including finance, portfolio, technology, and product—to ensure projects remain on track, deadlines are met, and investments deliver their intended value. You will aggregate and analyze financial data, monitor project performance, and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making. This role requires a blend of project management, analytical thinking, and collaboration to ensure projects stay aligned with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate across multiple projects to ensure deadlines, deliverables, and milestones are achieved.
Aggregate and analyze financial information for accurate and timely reporting to senior leadership.
Track and monitor project performance and investments, providing insights into ROI and alignment with strategic goals.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Develop and maintain dashboards to communicate project performance, budget status, and investment outcomes effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, verify, and analyze financial data related to projects and initiatives.
Support financial forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring project-level alignment with broader business objectives.
Evaluate financial implications of proposed investments or changes to existing projects.
Identify risks and opportunities within project financials and recommend actionable solutions.
Stay informed on industry and market trends to provide context for project performance and investment strategies.
About You
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in finance, project management, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with project management or financial planning software is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to present financial data in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
