JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Supports the strategic and daily management of the financial performance and operation of the assigned area by gathering and analyzing financial data and reports against budgets and key financial benchmarks, interpreting trends, forecasts, and financial results, and developing recommendations for optimum financial performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare and create equity and financing packages summarizing the highlights, requirements, market information, and other financial data for corporate decisions.Perform analysis of department product offerings and vendor performance to determine if product adoption is consistent with budget and growth goals, vendor is compliant with contractual financial incentives, and provide accounting support for accruals and incentive distribution.Prepares monthly and annual department performance analysis of Key Performance Indicators and financial goals.Prepares and reviews budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents and researches and resolves discrepancies as necessary.Performs department product performance surveys for due diligence by preparing metrics, comparing and analyzing data, and finalizing roll-ups for audits.Completes various financial, accounting, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to prepare and explain financial data to board members, senior managers, staff, and internal and external auditors.Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs in order to complete required reports.Demonstrated proficiency in Power BI and Salesforce.Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percents in order to complete financial records, budgets, and other fiscal reporting information.Employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of an accounting and financial background sufficient to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports in accordance with accounting, finance, budgeting, and cost control principles.A combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the application and usage of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

The salary range for this position is $72,000 - $80,000

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

Corporate Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus program based on individual and company performance.

Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
