Description We are in need of a Financial Analyst at our City of Industry, California location. This role is vital in our financial department, mainly focusing on managing and analyzing expenses, forecasting financial trends, and assisting in the preparation of Profit and Loss statements. This opportunity offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Efficiently manage and analyze expenses to ensure accurate record-keeping. • Predict and analyze financial trends concerning cash flow, expenses, and earnings to assist in budgeting and future strategizing. • Assist in the preparation and management of the Profit and Loss statement. • Conduct regular flux analysis to comprehend and report on major variances, trends, and drivers in revenues and expenses. • Occasionally prepare Return On Investment proposals for capital projects. • Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning tools such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 AX Dynamics, along with reporting tools like PowerBI and Bosware. • Ensure the timely coding of incoming invoices for smooth record-keeping. • Use skills in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Crystal Reports, Data Mining Techniques, Accounting Functions, Accrual Accounting, Auditing, Budget Processes, and Capital Management to fulfill responsibilities efficiently.
