Description An opportunity has arisen for a Financial Analyst at a leading biotech company based in Encinitas, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and projections for the company. Responsibilities: + Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support. + Collaborate with senior management on strategic deep dives through the development of financial models and insights. + Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement. + Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Requirements + A bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field. + Several years of experience in business finance or related field. + Exceptional analytic skills and the ability to interpret complex data. + Proficiency in Excel, familiarity with data query/data management tools is extremely helpful.
