Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Franklin, Tennessee. In this role, you will be expected to create meaningful reports and dashboards, work closely with business leaders, and develop metrics using data from various platforms. This on-site position allows for substantial growth within the industry and provides the chance to work with clients from various locations. Responsibilities: • Designing data visualizations in collaboration with business leaders • Identifying business needs through thorough analysis of business processes • Streamlining the deployment of dashboards to multiple clients by creating and managing repeatable processes • Optimizing data visualization performance by defining data architecture and data retrieval processes • Maintaining and developing reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards • Ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of reports and dashboards • Keeping abreast of trends in visualization/analytics fields to ensure the best use of tools and techniques. Requirements • Applicant must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • No minimum years of experience required, however, prior exposure to financial analysis would be an advantage. • Proficiency in Power BI is expected for creating visualizations and reports. • Strong SQL skills are required for database management and data analysis. • Ability to create interactive dashboards to effectively present data. • Experience in KPI reporting to track the progress of key business objectives. • Knowledge of Tableau for creating data visualizations is preferred. • Expertise in financial modeling to evaluate financial scenarios and forecast financial performance.
