Financial Analyst
In the Financial Analyst role, you will be responsible for the execution of controlling tasks and the development of controlling standards, to support the activities and growth of the company group. The goal is to assure all tasks of regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, development of internal control policies and procedures are handled efficiently.

What you will accomplish together with us:

Participate in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual results.Implement the local budget and forecasts.Collaborate in the local controlling team, e.g., with a focus on operations or product management controlling.Identify potential for increasing earnings and reducing costs.Further develop productivity management in e.g., the Operations or Product Development area.Prepare standard business analyses for management.Develop and maintain a key business partner relationship with all levels of management and functional area leaders.Coordinate reporting processes, monitor reporting deadlines, create reconciliation accounts for organizational changes.Ensure quality control over financial reporting.Collaborate in risk management processes.Manage Sustainability reporting requirements as the North American Lead validator.Support R&D business partners with Internal order development, tracking, and performance management.Support the team through the annual financial budget and quarterly sales forecasting process.Perform in-depth analysis identifying variances to budget/past performance in order to provide detailed commentary and recommendations to management.Clearly communicate with internal business partners via in person presentations, video conferencing, phone, and well-articulated emails.Maintain & optimize financial/sales reporting within Tableau, Business Warehouse, Business objects, and Excel.Ad hoc assignment as needed.

What will convince us:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree required.1+ year(s) of work experience in controlling or finance related position.Proven software skills in Microsoft Office suite.Proficient with database and spreadsheet programs; experience in use of financial/accounting and or general ledger information systems. Experience with SAP preferred.Ability to travel (1-2 trips/year) with potential for international travel.
