Roles and Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): * Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance, cash flow, and profitability * Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts * Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management Budgeting & Forecasting: * Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, working closely with department heads to gather relevant data * Track and analyze variances between budgeted and actual results, identifying areas of concern and suggesting corrective actions Financial Reporting: * Prepare regular financial statements and reports for management, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators * Assist in the preparation of financial reports for external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies
