Description Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Financial Analyst to join their team. Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making processes. Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including forecasting and budgeting. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies. Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles. Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
