Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting senior management in analyzing and monitoring the Company's performance. Supports the creation and communication of the annual budget, quarterly financial and operational forecasts, and various ad-hoc financial and operational analyses. Creates and distributes monthly management reports. Coordinates capital expenditure and headcount planning. Helps ensure that all work created and distributed by the finance department is timely and professional in appearance.

Responsible for the analysis of Company and Divisional financial performance with a particular emphasis on tracking and interpreting key performance metrics.Responsible for developing various ad hoc financial/performance analysis.Responsible for working with Department Heads to help them to better interpret and manage their operating and financial performance.Support the annual budgeting process, the analysis of budget vs actual results, and updates to the quarterly forecastsCoordinate capital expenditure planning, tracking, and reportingCoordinate headcount planning, approval, and reporting processMaintain an organized easily accessible electronic database of all financial and operational files.Support development of financial presentations for managementOther duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline

Work Experience:

1-3 years of relevant experience.
