PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $60,406 – $66,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Prepare, review, and consolidate weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports to analyze performance trends, identify variances, and support operational efficiency improvements Conduct financial analysis across key areas such as payroll productivity, operating variances, per-capita spending, retail operations, inventory, accounts receivable, and capital spending justifications Assist with month-end close processes, monthly forecasting, and annual planning, compiling financial data and summarizing results in clear financial statements Provide support and guidance to field finance personnel and Regional Controllers on financial reporting systems and ad hoc reporting tools Maintain and enhance financial templates, leveraging technology and best practices to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency More about you Bachelors degree in accounting or finance required; MBA is preferred Minimum of 1 year of combined financial analysis experience in a large organization; prior experience in finance or business analysis preferred Strong knowledge of Excel and ability to learn new technology OneStream experience is preferred Experience with financial analysis and data mining Shift detailsMonday to Friday
