Description
We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Financial Analyst in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, you will be involved in a primary focus on financial planning and analysis that supports strategic decisions within our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct financial planning and analysis to aid in strategic and operational decision-making
• Present interpretive results of financial analysis to the senior management team
• Create and distribute reports, as well as financial and performance indicators, to assist the business
• Convert financial and operational data into actionable insights that can drive results
• Foster transparency and collaboration across different functions within the organization
• Assist in preparing presentations for the organization's management team
• Carry out additional tasks as required
• Analyze data to understand underlying trends and patterns
• Ensure compliance with debt agreements and interpret contract language
• Utilize various software platforms, including Office suite and budget planning software, for financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements
• Knowledge of Budget Processes
• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A)
• Proficiency in Budgeting - Forecasting
• Ability to Explain Variance
• Experience with Data Integration
• Proficiency in Data Analysis
• Knowledge of Debt Compliance
• Experience in Financial Reporting
• Understanding of Financial reporting standards
• Experience in Annual Financial Reporting
• Ability to prepare External Financial Reports
• Ability to prepare Internal Financial Reporting
• Experience in Monthly Financial Reporting
• Ability to prepare Monthly Financial Reports
• Proficiency in preparing Financial Reports
• Skills in Financial Modeling
• Experience in Forecasting & Modeling
• Ability to handle Operational data
