Financial Analyst
Job Description:
This role will be responsible for a number of key dependencies in supporting both the Fidelity Wealth Finance & HR teams including Headcount and P&L governance, KPI/Scorecards, reporting and insights, and business case / service model support. You will also participate in a broad range of ad-hoc analytical support across Fidelity Wealth’s business and finance teams. The analyses and insights delivered are essential components to drive business planning and ongoing decision making.
This is a challenging role that requires an individual who can multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing organization. The ability to work with finance and business partners of various levels is a necessity. The Financial Analyst is tasked with analyzing and interpreting spend across the P&L, lead the forecast and budgeting process, and maintain vendor management details.
The Expertise We’re Looking For
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus 2+ years of professional experience in Finance with a successful track record in financial modeling and analysis Strong analytical capabilities and ability to apply these skills Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to analyze complex issues, synthesize key points and effectively communicate findings Successfully collaborate with business partners and work effectively as part of a team Flexible and work well in a fast paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) with experience in Tableau, PowerBI, and AnaplanThe Skills You Bring
