PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Support: Understand, follow up and analyze variances vs Budget Flawless execution of ramp up (hiring employees, recruitment cost, turnover) Support the Management staff (training of new managers, synergy with Juarez 2 and 3) Coordinate preparation of Forecast and Budget Direct Labor (minute per vehicle, benchmark with Juarez plants) ODC (cost track, results in advance, process improvement) Establish and follow KPI’S Process Improvement initiatives Other activities Month end activities Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or Site Director Prepare and lead presentations for actual, forecast and budgetKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
College Degree in Accounting or equivalent 3-5 Years’ experience in costing English 85% Leadership, strong analytical skills, self-directed, proactive, problem solver, excellent communication.ACKNOWLEDGING THE POWER OF DIVERSITY
