Description We are looking to bring a Financial Analyst on board in the NOVI, Michigan area. This role provides an opportunity for a contract to permanent employment. As a Financial Analyst, you will be working within a dynamic team, where your main responsibilities will be to manage accounts payable, conduct financial analysis, and possibly some treasury tasks. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions • Oversee the accounts payable process and ensure all financial transactions are processed accurately • Manage treasury duties as required, maintaining a keen eye on company's cash flow • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payment transactions • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all financial data is accurate • Respond to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data • Conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis assessments • Collaborate with other team members to manage and coordinate the budgeting process • Analyze financial performance and prepare necessary reports • Take appropriate action to monitor and manage customer accounts Requirements • Possess strong knowledge and expertise in Financial Analysis • Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) tasks and management • Able to handle Treasury-related duties effectively • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role • Excellent financial modeling skills • Proficient in using financial software and databases • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation • High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality.
