Description Responsibilities: + Consolidate KPI’s (Actuals/Forecast/Budget) and ensure key trends and variances are understood and highlighted/explained. + Review & analyze performance of business units / segments based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Requirements Requirements: + Finance or Accounting degree + FP& A profiles needed + Need budgeting/forecasting/analysis. Able to do analysis of profitability of company. Negative/positive variances, what is cost etc.. + 4-5 years’ work experience in Controlling/Accounting & Reporting. + Strong excel skills + Manufacturing Industry experience Required (metal or steel experience would be a huge plus) + SAP experience is a plus + Good people skills.
