Job Description Summary:
What you need to know about the role-This highly collaborative role will involve close coordination within the FP&A organization and across broader teams, including the Payment Partnerships team, product development, product management, business operations, risk management, data infrastructure teams, and external partners.
In this role, the candidate will manage transaction expenses for international markets, addressing the needs of various regions by deriving toplines and collaborating with local business units (BUs) to analyze market trends and conditions. They will take ownership of their portfolio, ensuring accurate tracking of transaction expense budgets and forecasts, incorporating inputs from BUs, markets, products, and other relevant sources.

Currently, the Payment Finance team is looking for a qualified candidate to lead efforts in monitoring the financial, functional, operational, and technical performance related to transaction expenses, with the aim of enhancing tracking and optimization.

Total experience: 7 to 10 years in Finance and Analytics.Must skills: Python, SQL, Visualisation tool (Tableau/Power BI), Hadoop, Hive, Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Microsoft Excel, Successful candidates will possess exceptional business judgment, strong analytic skills, and superb communication skills. They must have a passion for living in the data and be comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get into the details of the analysis, as well as being able to synthesize and provide high-level thought leadership.This role need an exceptional skills on Financial KPIs, Analytics, Business understanding & Technical lenses to fulfill their role demands.Proven track record of utilizing a data-driven approach to solve ambiguous business problems and delivering business and operational impact.Requires strong technical and analytical skills to translate complex transactional data into valuable and insightful information.Significant experience Hadoop, SQL and reporting tools (Power BI and Tableau) is required.
