Description ** real estate / accounting management within Financial Analysis + real estate experience/clientele is required - Reviews and processes routine financial documents such as invoices, vouchers, receipts, and reports, ensuring accuracy of mathematical computations and completeness. - Provides financial reporting and accounting support. - Assist with construction progress tracking. - Review, provide guidance on, and assist in streamlining and automating an OMB A-11 Lease Scoring form that will meet OMB A-11 and FASAB requirements. - Maintains manual and automated record keeping systems by tracking, verifying and updating records, files and reports. - Review accountability reports to ensure capital and operating leases/agreements that require disclosure are accurately reported. - Provides audit support. - Assists with accounting requirements monitoring and briefing. - Inputs, monitors, and corrects data in automated systems; generates reports. Additional Skills & Qualifications - Provide support in delivering real property accounting analysis, managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis in order to provide meaningful, accurate, reliable, and timely financial regulatory and risk information. Work with other finance professionals to perform accounting, reporting, variance and profitability analysis, as well as reconciliation, budgeting and forecasting. Create financial reports and prepare for real property financial/internal control audits. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $68000.00 - $74000.00/yr. benefit package will be presented to the candidate prior to the offer.
