Responsibilities: • Conducting comprehensive financial modeling and forecasting to aid business strategy • Providing insightful analysis of financial statements and trends • Developing, maintaining, and presenting financial reports, forecasts, and dashboards to leadership • Assisting in the budgeting and financial planning processes to ensure fiscal responsibility • Evaluating potential investment opportunities and assessing associated financial risks • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and optimize costs • Keeping abreast with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness • Supporting ad-hoc financial projects and strategic initiatives to enhance business operations • Utilizing Accounting Software Systems and CRM tools for efficient data management and reporting • Implementing auditing and capital management practices to maintain financial health. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential for effectively managing financial data. • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required for seamless integration with existing financial systems. • Familiarity with CRM is needed for managing customer relationships and improving financial strategies. • Ability to use Crystal Reports for generating automated reports and visualizations. • Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques for extracting valuable insights from large volumes of data. • Understanding of Accounting Functions is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records. • Expertise in Accrual Accounting is needed for accurate representation of financial health. • Experience in Auditing is required to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. • Familiarity with Budget Processes is needed for effective financial planning and forecasting.
