Description We are in search of a Financial Analyst to become a part of our team in the healthcare industry, based in Broward County, United States. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial wellbeing of the organization and ensuring adherence to accounting principles. Your tasks will encompass a variety of accounting duties, financial reporting, process enhancement, and cross-department collaboration to uphold organizational objectives. Responsibilities • Collaborate with teams to evaluate financial objectives and drive long-term planning initiatives. • Generate precise and prompt invoices, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and client contracts. • Perform account reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and manage vendor payments while cultivating strong relationships. • Aid in cash projection and monitoring to support financial planning and decision-making. • Prepare and post journal entries to aid the monthly financial close process. • Identify and execute automation opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency. • Support an array of finance-related projects, contributing to organizational success Requirements • Proficiency in CRM systems • Mastery of data mining techniques • Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions • Familiarity with budget processes • Experience in capital management • Expertise in cash flow modeling • Ability to prepare and analyze cash flow reports • Strong skills in cash flow analysis • Experience in analyzing revenues • Capability to handle manual invoices • Proficiency in invoice reconciliation • Strong business analysis skills • Ability to conduct ad hoc reporting • Experience in ad hoc financial analysis.
