Description We are in search of a Financial Analyst to be a part of our team. Based in Spring, Texas, this role will involve the utilization of various software systems, data mining techniques, and advanced Excel skills to perform a variety of accounting functions. Responsibilities: • Utilizing Accounting Software Systems to manage and analyse financial data • Tracking complex inventory • Employing CRM tools to manage customer relationships and data • Generating and interpreting reports using Crystal Reports • Applying Data Mining Techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets • Performing various Accounting Functions, including accrual accounting, auditing, and budget processes • Utilizing advanced Excel VBA skills to automate tasks and manage large datasets • Managing capital resources effectively to ensure the financial health of the organization • Overseeing budget processes, including the preparation, review, and approval of budgets • Conducting audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Financial Analyst role or a similar position. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems. • Experience tracking inventory is required • Familiarity with CRM systems. • Ability to generate Crystal Reports. • Knowledge of Data Mining Techniques for financial analysis. • Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions. • Experience with Accrual Accounting. • Proven experience in Auditing. • Familiarity with Budget Processes in a corporate environment. • Understanding of Capital Management principles. • Proficiency in Excel VBA for financial analysis and reporting.
