Based in our Shakopee, MN location, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our Global Finance HQ team within the Measurement Solutions business segment. You will assist with preparing and analyzing short-term and long-term financial forecasts, as well as, analyzing and communicating the monthly business results.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
You are confident & comfortable working quickly and efficiently with data in Excel & PowerPoint. You identify and monitor key financial indicators to gauge performance, identify trends, and suggest strategies that can impact results. You deal constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels. You research initiatives and try new approaches.
For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree Zero (0) years of related experience Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Legal Authorization to work in the United States - sponsorship will not be provided for this role Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 1-2 years of related experience Experience with Oracle / Hyperion Financial Management or related applications Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities Experience with Power BI Ability to work independently and collaborate optimally in a team environment Our Offer To You:

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $58,000-75,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
