Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the retail industry at our location in Charlotte, North Carolina. The open position is for a Financial Analyst who will be expected to provide analytical support, maintain financial models, and collaborate with various business functions. Responsibilities: • Provide support during month-end close by handling tasks such as balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, abnormal transaction reviews, and variance analysis. • Collaborate with the Finance team and senior leaders across different business functions to enhance financial models, forecasts, and budgets. • Play a critical role in the preparation of key deliverables, including presentations, standard reports, and ad-hoc requests. • Stay updated with relevant business conditions, trends, etc., to provide insightful analysis. • Oversee Treasury Operations, including administration of the Inactive Pension Plan and Cash Management. • Work in partnership with Sourcing to review contracts and perform financial analysis. • Utilize accounting software systems and CRM to maintain accurate customer credit records. • Leverage data mining techniques and Crystal Reports for financial reporting. • Apply knowledge of accrual accounting, auditing, and budget processes in day-to-day operations. • Manage capital and use PowerPoint for presentations. • Use Workday ERP for efficient resource planning.
