Description Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide deep insight and meaningful analysis to support business strategies and decision-making. Responsibilities: + Develop financial models and forecasts to project profitability, trends, and risks, providing data-driven insights to guide strategic planning. + Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, delivering actionable recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency. + Participate in month-end and quarter-end close processes by preparing variance analysis between actuals, budgets, and forecasts. + Create comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. + Monitor financial results against budgets and identify trends and deviations to support informed decision-making. + Collaborate with various departments to develop and track budgets and performance goals. + Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis for special projects or senior leadership requests. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. + 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate environment. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; knowledge of ERP systems and reporting tools is a plus. + Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
