Description Job Description: Robert Half is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Entry-Level Financial Analyst to join a dynamic and growing team for one of our clients in Delaware. This position is perfect for candidates with a passion for finance, strong analytical skills, and a desire for detail oriented growth within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. As an Entry-Level Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting financial planning, reporting, and decision-making for the organization. You will work closely with senior analysts, finance managers, and other departments to provide accurate data and insights that drive business success. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity and will be on site in Delaware. Key Responsibilities: + Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions. + Analyze financial performance by reviewing cost, revenue, and expense data to identify trends and variances. + Perform data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of various financial strategies. + Support month-end and quarter-end close processes by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and variance commentary. + Prepare and maintain financial models to evaluate business opportunities and risks. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data for financial reports. + Research market trends, economic conditions, and competitors to contribute to financial strategy development. Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. + Assist with special projects, process improvement initiatives, and ad-hoc analysis as needed. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. + Internship experience in finance or accounting (preferred but not required). + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with financial modeling tools. + Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex financial concepts clearly. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. + Eagerness to learn and grow within the finance profession.
