Job Responsibilities:
The Financial Analyst is responsible for assisting with costing functions, preparing analysis of financial and operating information, performing month-end accounting functions (journal entries, variance analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations), and managing intercompany accounts.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minimum of five years accounting experienceMust be experienced with computerized accounting systems and proficient in Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Excellent verbal and written skills with a high level of interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and present informationMust maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner to get along with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.Work scheduled includes working a minimum of 45 hours per week.Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
