Responsibilities include but not limited to: Run financial forecasting, reporting and KPI tracking. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results against budget and ensuring data accuracy. Interpret data and share insights and recommendations with financial manager. Work closely with Accounting department to make appropriate adjustments and accruals. Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards. Stay up to date on industry trends and technology tools.
