Financial Analyst
Description + Implement tools and metrics to monitor daily financial / cost and commercial performance and key operational indicators (KPI’s) + Work towards continuous improvement of daily management processes to drive improved productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. + Collaborate with Controller, Commercial and Operational teams to contribute to the development of a Profit and Loss (P&L) forecast. + Monitor inventory variances, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies identified during cycle counting and product consumption variance. + Provide analysis to support decision-making based on P&L projections. + Contribute to the month-end financial close process by preparing JE’s and reviewing accounts. Qualifications + Bachelor degree in finance or accounting + Strong analytic skills to be able to focus on finance modeling + ERP/Excel Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
