ABOUT THE POSITION

The Financial Analyst will provide direct support for all FP&A and certain accounting efforts as assigned by the Manager of FP&A and Manager of Accounting, respectively. These responsibilities primarily include financial analysis, annual planning, preparing reports, and assisting with close processes. The role will cover maintenance of the corporate bookset, as well as consolidated financial reporting and analyses, and will interact with all levels of employees.

Responsibilities

Your core responsibilities will be to:

Prepare entries with required support and sign offs for the corporate booksetMaintain monthly account reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, for the corporate booksetReview capital expenditure requests for appropriate accounting treatmentPrepare month, quarter, and year-end consolidated financial reportingPrepare consolidated fluctuation analysis on revenue and marginPrepare operating reporting on orders, invoices, R&D, capital expenditures, etc., as requiredProvide assistance with the annual budgeting process and revised forecastsOther duties as assigned Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you must:

U.S. PersonsBS in Finance and/or Accounting0-3+ years’ experience as a Financial Analyst or AccountantStrong PC and analytical skills (including Excel and PowerPoint)Integrated ERP system experience a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong organization and communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels within the organizationHighly financially literateSuperior attention to detailAbility to work effectively under tight time constraints, and multi-task on various projectsFamiliar with, or can quickly become familiar with, the company’s operations and strategyTakes a proactive approach, is energetic and works with a sense of urgencyDevelops effective working relationships with all levels, functions, and operations of the companyFocuses on continuous improvement of processes
