Each and every team member plays a vital role in our success. We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Financial Analyst.

 

The Financial Analyst will support financial decision-making processes within the organization. This position involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting in forecasting and budgeting activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a solid foundation in finance. Candidate should be available to work from the Lake Success office most days, with the potential to shift to a hybrid schedule over time.

Responsibilities Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvementAssist in the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights
and recommendations to managementCollect and organize financial data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and
completenessAnalyze budget-to-actual variances and provide explanations for discrepancies, helping
management understand financial performanceBuild and maintain financial models to support scenario analysis, investment decisions,
and strategic planningAssist with special financial projects and ad hoc analysis as required by management Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or AccountingUnderstanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow
statement) and financial ratiosExcellent Excel skills, ability to create basic PowerPoint presentationsExperience working with CRM systems, and other financial planning software preferred
but not requiredStrong work ethic and eagerness to learnExcellent oral and written communication skills
