Financial Analyst - CPM
**A Snapshot of Your Day Req.** The Financial Analyst is an integral part of the Finance team for the Gas Services Central business organization. The Financial Analyst will work as a Commercial Project Manager (CPM) work in collaboration with Project Manager to ensure accurate project costs and pricing according to defined guidelines. Together with the Project Manager the successful candidate will implement and execute large Power Plant Projects typically ranging from $80M - $300M! **How You’ll Make an Impact** + Establishand maintain the financial framework for projects based on contractualagreements during the ongoing execution phase. + Responsiblefor project financials including monthly revenue recognition in compliancewith defined guidelines and cash flow/payment plan and ensure timelygeneration of customer invoices. + Fullresponsibility for all finance-related Project topics, including but notlimited to handling Accounting, Legal, Tax, Foreign Exchange, and NCM + Performfinancial planning, assess risk and opportunities for financial impactwhile mitigating risk and optimizing profit margins; Prepare projectreview package and present on quarterly basis to executive management. + Ensureachievement of contract requirements (e.g. performance guarantees,insurance, taxes, etc.); Face to the Customer and direct Customerinteraction for Contractual topics or change order negotiations. + Specialassignments and interaction with external auditors for audit topics asrequired. **What You Bring** + Bachelor’sdegree in Finance/ Business Administration/ Accounting or related field isrequired. + 5+years of professional experience in Business Administration or in Finance,preferably with experience in Project Management; Candidates with moreyears of experience may be eligible for a higher-level position. + Musthave knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS and Percentage of Completion (PoC)accounting. + Strongskills with Microsoft Office applications is required and SAP experienceis highly desirable. + Strongproblem-solving skills and ability to multi-task while working with duedates, must be able to work independently and in a team-orientedenvironment, and have strong oral and written communication skills. + Ability to travel up to 10% is required; must have ability to acquire a passport.
