Financial Analyst - Enterprise Planning

The Enterprise Planning Treasury team is dynamic and highly visible. Our team offers a unique perspective into Enterprise analysis and decision making requiring a breadth of knowledge and strategic thinking. You will be a key contributor with duties across multiple disciplines like forecasting, planning, capital structuring, liquidity management, financing operations, and namely providing key analysis and recommendations to leaders and decision makers. In this role, you will learn and perform tasks across both Enterprise Planning (financial planning analysis) and Treasury (cash management, capital allocation, and financial operations).

Your duties will be to:

Assist with the forecasting and annual planning cycle by communicating timelines, targets and deliverables to key stakeholdersPrepare the monthly consolidated forecast package and analyzing variances between forecasts and actual results.Update presentation materials that help drive decision making by our Senior Management Team and Board of DirectorsLeverage technology and tools to develop, maintain and optimize reports and processes aimed at efficiently gathering financial data and delivering information to leadersPerform quality assurance procedures to ensure materials are accurate and reliableCross-train across Enterprise Planning Treasury responsibilities to provide flexibility and support for consolidated FPA, macro and industry analysis and overall financial strategy

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or related discipline1-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, banking, finance or similar fieldsRecent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Capabilities:

You have excellent written and verbal communication skillsYou are familiar with collaboration tools and shared documents (e.g. SharePoint, Teams)You have strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word with the curiosity and ambition to continuously develop your capabilities toward mastery. (experience with PowerBI is a plus) You are familiar with financial planning, general ledger and reporting applications and systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Hyperion/EPM). What We Offer:

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $66,700 - $100,100based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5%of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Paid Time Off or Vacation:We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours and paid parental leave for all full-time employees.
