Job Title: Financial Analyst - Bellevue, WA

Pay Range: $67,670 to $98,799

What You'll be Working On:

Supports Savers’ vision and growth by providing timely, accurate analysis to enable sound business decisions and to maximize financial performance. Includes supporting the new store analysis process, financial analysis, market analysis, statistical and demographic analysis and ad-hoc financial analysis. The Financial Analyst reports to the Senior Finance Manager, FP&A.

Essential Job Functions:

Build new and maintain existing financial reporting as well as provide ad hoc support as neededCreate and manage timelines for reporting and planning deadlinesProvide insight and analysis around consolidated company financials (actuals, forecast, budget, etc.)

 

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong Excel / Technical skills and familiarity with SharePointPower BI experience is a plusStrong financial analysis and modeling skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong attention to detailPassion for learningWorking knowledge of accounting practices and general finance conceptsExperience with financial statements and demonstrated planning and organization skillsExperience building budgets, forecasts, and financial reportsAbility to identify problems and recommend solutionsAbility to interact with all levels of the organizationAbility to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables with minimal supervisionAbility to work independently or as part of a teamAbility to maintain confidentiality of all information

Minimum Required Education, Training and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field2+ years of relevant work experiencePrevious Retail or Manufacturing industry experience a plus

 

Physical Requirements:

 

Ability to express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. Ability to receive detailed information through verbal communication, and to make the discriminations in sound. Ability to receive detailed information visually through written communication (both physical and electronic).
