+ What stands out to a manager: This role involves more project management, interacting with the whole finance team. + Strong communication, experience in the digital world as far as Adobe or Canba (digital tools) need Excel for budgeting and tracking spend + This role is a combination of project management and employee training/upskilling. + A very social role that has a tremendous emphasis on networking. + This role will be directly involved in the Transformation team, which is pivotal in shaping, delivering, and executing the Global Vision of Finance and Legal well into the future. The job responsibilities include: + Assist in the implementation of Learning and Development initiatives for Finance and Legal which include topics like sustainability, new platforms, strengthening the skillset for our teams and monitoring performance. + Manage logistics for all Finance programs (calendar planning, securing location, booking presenters, preparing training materials, implementing pre/post program actions, communicating and briefing consultants) + Partner with global and local learning partners to ensure Finance development offerings are relevant and address the needs of the employees + Support and continue to develop the Key User program as an essential group of trainers throughout the Finance organization + Plan, record, track and review all Finance and Development budget and spend + Record and manage all tickets that FT team receives and ensure there is resolution + Supporting Finance community in training and adaption of new and existing tools and processes as well as continued evolution of embedded core systems (FP&A tool, SAP, Media Management Tool, New Demand Forecasting tool & process) + Assist in process streamlining and Finance operations ways of working + Responsible for managing recurring monthly tasks that come with Finance Training/Upskilling and Reporting.
