The Financial Analyst I will ensure the daily management of SAP Premium Billing Module to confirm and monitor member account balances. This position will also ensure that all member payment sources activities are processed into the members accounts in SAP and that updates are reflected in QNXT Enrollment System. The Financial Analyst I will ensure accurate and timely performance of daily/monthly activities. This position tracks and monitor member premium reimbursements, fulfill requests for information, resolve member inquiries and CoveredCA escalation cases through to resolution, communicate reconciliation issues with Covered CA, manage requests for 1095 tax forms and provide information to internal and external customers. This position prepares Ad Hoc reporting upon requests, participate in the completion of all assigned special projects and recommend process improvements to build efficiencies.
DutiesEnsure the daily management of the SAP Premium Billing Module
Perform daily and monthly premium billing activities accurately and timely.
Prepare ad hoc reporting upon request.
Maintain database to support annual 1095 submissions and member requests for 1095B tax forms.
Prepare and participate in the completion of all assigned special projects.
Recommend process improvements to build efficiencies.
Perform other duties as assigned.

At least 4 years working in a Healthcare Finance setting.
