Financial Analyst I

Job Summary: Responsible for revenue recognition and related activities and reporting plus assist with capital expenditures. Job Duties: + Responsible for revenue recognition reporting multiple times weekly. + Generate invoices daily. + Audits the builds of fee-for-service contracts to ensure built and billed correctly. + Responsible for billing FTE contracts, including pass-through costs, accurately and timely. + Reporting Work in Process, Accrued Sales and Deferred Revenues. + Assist in reducing Work in Process and Accrued Sales. + Research billings and revenue recognition as needed for Accounts Receivable, Project Managers and others. + Process capital expenditures for placing items into service. + Assist with company audits and other special projects. + Performs other related duties as required and directed. Minimum Qualifications: + Associate's degree in finance, accounting, or related degree concentration and 2 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related degree concentration and 0-1 years of experience + Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship + Experience with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and formulas The Ideal Candidate Would Possess: + Experience with financial and reporting systems such as Great Plains + Excellent customer service skills + Prior experience with revenue recognition with WIP and Deferred Revenues is a plus Position is full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, with overtime as needed.
