Our Purpose: We pioneer the innovations that move and connect people to what matters Responsibilities About the role: The Financial Analyst I – IT Services is responsible for contributing to the development, tracking, reporting and analysis of IT budget. This team member will act as liaison between IT and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) on IT financial matters. This position requires moderate coordination with other departments and business partners in order to provide support. In this role you will: Assist with all aspects of the annual IT budget and budget management Assist with analytical work, involving the identification, compilation, documentation, analysis, and reporting of IT expenditures, for purposes of expense/headcount tracking, project costing and show-back reporting Assist IT personnel, and FP&A, with finance related inquiries/requests, including, but not limited to requisitions, purchase orders, SOWs, funding documents, and reforecasts Work in a collaborative and constructive manner with internal stakeholders and various business units to complete tasks with time sensitive deadlines Assist in the development of ad hoc analysis and presentations for upper level management Assist in the creation, maintenance and analysis of budget related spreadsheets Assist in the development and maintenance of periodic reports Develop and maintain thorough understanding of data and information resources Perform special projects and other related duties as assigned/required Qualifications What makes you a dream candidate?
