Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Analyst II in New York, NY. Summary: This is a pretty busy group as they will be doing business planning for next year. This will be a 3-year plan, rest of the year forecast, after 3-year plan - Q4 will do another forecast. OP2 will forecast the next year. Now until the EOY will be very busy, doing financial plans. The client is looking for someone to support that. The candidate will help with HC management or planning. The Financial Analyst II will work with large data sets (any type of database skills or automation skills would be helpful for this role). They will have weekly meetings, monthly financial reviews, not currently having daily syncs but will have some daily syncs with heavier into planning cycle. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: * Support forecasting efforts of operating expenses, headcount, and resource allocation * As a Financial Analyst II, you will manage requisitions and headcount management in roster * Create and manage P&L reporting in financial systems such as Cognos
