JOB SUMMARY
The role is responsible for the identification and analysis of key financial and operational metrics to evaluate the drivers of economic value and business performance. Also responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of corrective action strategies to improve profitability, enhance performance and contribute to achieving financial targets for profit and growth.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Prepare actual and variance analysis for financial reports on monthly and/or adhoc basis
+ Compute and prepare data for journal entries, reviews general ledger and related financial for reasonableness
+ Prepare management reports such as MTD, VAR, IL Support, Shop Supplies elements, Workcell Variance, by weekly and/or monthly basis
+ Coordinate with other departments in preparation of analysis & reports
+ To identify the opportunity in terms on cost/process/system structures by providing financial modeling
+ To identify and analyse the TC elements and highlight any significant problem areas in terms of Weekly Indicator, Workcell Statement and Forecasting.
+ To partner with functional to participate the operation lean projects & analysis
+ To assess the contract/agreement to align the actual cost required
+ To provide financial training and supports to BUMs and Operation on the metrics and variance understanding and analysis
+ Ensure the compliance of SOX key controls and maintain proper documentation
+ May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
·JOB QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
+ 0-2 years of experience
+ Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
+ Ability to identify, understand a problem and its root cause and research effective solutions
+ Ability to work both collaboratively and independently to proactively address accounting related matters and other solutions
+ Ability to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple task in an environment of changing priorities
+ Ability to extract and analyze data to identify trends, abnormalities and differences
+ Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal or external customers
+ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
+ Strong sense of team work and collaboration with an emphasis on building solid working relationships
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point, Macro) & PBI
+ Advanced PC skills including training and knowledge of Jabil’s software packages in an integrated system such as SAP, Controller & Prism
