Financial Analyst II
**JOB TITLE** : Financial Analyst II This analyst position is responsible for coordinating monthly forecast cycles and the company’s annual planning processes for Global Operations (GO) group. They will also be expected to provide analysis for executive review and other critical business projects. **Responsibilities:** + Responsible for partnering with cost center owners to develop annual plan and monthly forecasts + Support operations leaders and finance leadershipin financial analysis of spending related to GO headcounts and cost center spending (focus on Milpitas and Global Supply Chain (GSC) management teams), including variances to plan, variances to forecast, and any risks or opportunities + Partner with accounting group on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure accurate recording of accruals and reclasses in accordance with GAAP + Develop and maintain accurate headcount, CAPEX, and spending reporting + Track, analyze and report on key metrics of the business – create and maintain KPI dashboards as necessary + Research and recommend new processes or improvements to current processes + Engage in ad-hoc analysis / special projects. **Required Knowledge and Skills:** + Strong proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint + Prior experience working with large ERP systems + Prior experience working with operations team to support Headcount and spending management + Must be an organized thinker with a strong process background and excellent analytical skills + Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff + Ability to work well both independently and as a team + Possess extreme attention to detail and produce accurate work + Have strong work ethic, patience and customer service orientation **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance + 3 years of experience in finance environment with a good understanding of GAAP **Preferred Qualifications:** + CPA, MBA, or big 4 experience **Work Conditions:** Remote, working from home.
