Financial Analyst II - Corporate
The Financial Analyst II assists with the overall financial management of regional operations, including emphasis on credit, medical billing, collections, and branch profitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Analytical review of weekly and monthly financial reportingIntakes requests and creates/modifies reporting based on changing business needsPreparation of annual projectionsProvides training/instruction for FA IAssists in coordinating and reporting results for a large immunization programCustomer service to branch office managers and other regional/corporate customers based on needPreparation of weekly and monthly financial reportsProvides analysis and education of KPI metrics to drive operational performanceWorks independently with little supervision on projects as neededIdentifies areas of needed improvement such as reimbursement and work with branch/regional leadership to drive changePerforms other duties as assigned/necessaryMinimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferredOne to three (1-3) years’ experience in the healthcare, credit, or finance industry preferredComputer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, requiredSuperior organization skills and teamwork skillsAbility to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in theEnglish language may be required
