Financial Analyst II

In our Finance division, caregivers use their knowledge and skill every day to provide exceptional experiences for patients and their families. As a Financial Analyst II, you will analyze financial operations and information to provide decision support to management and other caregivers regarding financial reporting and related issues.  

 

A caregiver in this position works 8:00AM – 5:00PM  

 

A caregiver who excels in this role will:  

Prepare, analyze, and communicate key financial information.  

Assist with budget preparation, budget review for compliance and financial reporting.  

Consult with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.  

Perform special projects and duties related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution.  

 

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:  

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field.  

Two years of financial or revenue cycle management or general analytical experience. 

 

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: 

Master’s degree.  

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).  

Healthcare experience.  

A high school diploma/GED and six years of experience may substitute the experience and education requirements.  

An associate’s degree and four years of experience may substitute the experience and education requirements.  

A master’s degree and one year of experience may substitute one year of the required experience.  

Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience may substitute one year of required experience.
