Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Financial Analyst II position is to be a trusted partner within the finance team and provide support to senior level team members and cross functional departments by researching, analyzing, and reconciling financial data. This role will also work with large data sets to provide insights on financial performance.

Representative Responsibilities
Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior team members and business partners, ensuring visibility on expense drivers and opportunities for improvement Reconcile financial data, research and root cause discrepancies, propose next steps and corrective actions as needed Review financial postings for accuracy and record adjusting entries in the general ledger as needed Analyze customer revenue activity for accrual of contractual and promotional discounts; record adjusting entries for month end, process and track adjusting credits for reconciliation Assist with coordinating and preparing the annual business unit budget as well as monthly forecasting Perform ad hoc research to support finance team and cross functional partners Maintaining well documented processes for reconciling and analyzing financial statement activity
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree required in Finance or Accounting
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting or finance position Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Preferred experience in SAP and BI Ability to manage and prioritize several tasks concurrently Strong attention to detail Motivation and initiative
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Typical office environment; cubicle setting Extended periods of time sitting, standing, typing on a computer is required Willing to work some weekends if necessary This position has a Hybrid location: Associate will work on-site regularly as needed for work activities.
