Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Financial Analyst III in Seattle, WA. Summary: In this role, the Financial Analyst will work closely with business leaders to define the strategy for the business and help the team through project ideation to post-implementation activities. They will be responsible for building scalable finance processes and analytical frameworks that can be leveraged by multiple cross-functional teams. The Financial Analyst will apply both business and analytical acumen in a fast-paced, ambiguous and innovative environment. We are looking for an experienced finance leader with strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have the ability to clearly articulate financial results and analytical insights to senior business and finance leaders, both verbally and in writing. Scrappiness is a must, as is the ability to dive deep into the data to help the new business achieve results. The successful candidate should be able to think and act strategically and tactically, possess solid business judgment, strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the desire to dive deep into data results and problem solving. Responsibilities: * Deliver financial analyses, insights, narratives, recommendations, and solutions to business and finance leaders * Provide strategic guidance and feedback to support key program decisions including long-term business vision, product roadmap, and pricing * Own the implementation and validation of systems that support financial and accounting activities after product and service launches * Invent, implement, and track key metrics in an effort to generate insights and identify opportunities for improvement * Lead monthly financial reviews, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning processes * Drive increased efficiencies through reporting automation, outsourcing, and process optimization
